Tundra Engineering is passionate about eliminating continuous flaring. In Canada, the home of Tundra Engineering, there are NOW very few continuous flares.. see graphs below. But this was not always the case. 

Tundra continues to evaluate capturing flared gas and:

1. stripping out the propane to sell to a local market

2. stripping out the condensate to re-blend back with oil to sell as a lighter grade

3. taking the “now lean” gas and utilizing it as fuel

 In many cases, these projects are surprisingly economic. We often see payouts of capital within 12 months. In fact, they can be among the most economic projects in the entire project portfolio.
